Each session you pick the technique for the 4 weeks. Welcome to register for both sessions, or Session 1 participants can register for the Adult Rec Technique program for the remainder of the year (Jan-March).

Improve your classic and skate ski techniques with guidance from experienced coaches in a friendly and welcoming group setting.
The Recreational Technique program is designed for adults aged 17 and up who already know the basics of cross-country skiing in both the classic and skate techniques. Beginner adults (in one or both techniques) are encouraged to register for the Adult Learn-to-Ski program, of which there are two sessions, the first of which will be completed by January 2nd in order for participants to have the opportunity to join the Recreational Technique group at that time if so desired. (Note that club membership and affiliation fees are paid only once per season).
